These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the q798 online gaming platform, accessible at q798.app, including all products, services, content, and features made available through the platform (collectively, the "Platform"). • Registration must be done in your own legal name and on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false details — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms.

q798 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of the registration process and at various subsequent points, including prior to processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by q798 to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds. Failure to complete KYC checks may result in restrictions being placed on your account including suspension of withdrawal capabilities.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on q798 only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed, balances reviewed, and any bonuses forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. q798 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. q798 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current dormancy fee schedule, which will be communicated to you by email prior to any deductions being made. Accounts with zero balance after twelve months of inactivity may be closed.

All financial transactions on q798 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and Raast instant transfers. q798 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or third-party payments on behalf of another player.

• Deposits are credited to your q798 wallet in real time or within a maximum of thirty (30) minutes, subject to your payment provider's processing times.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction in your account dashboard.
• q798 does not charge deposit fees. Any charges imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are the responsibility of the account holder.
• q798 reserves the right to refuse a deposit from any payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless q798 support approves an alternative arrangement in writing.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. VIP accounts receive priority processing, typically within the same business day.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance review. q798 may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
• q798 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the player's account balance if KYC verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full.

• Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred to another account.

• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — through arbitrage, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or other manipulative behaviour — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account closure.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the q798 Platform. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games, poker, and specialty games are available within each product section on the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. q798 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been successfully placed except in the circumstances described in the specific market rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error resulting in an incorrect odds display, q798 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account.
• q798 operates with real-time odds on PSL and other cricket markets. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed — the odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing a wager. q798 reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake limits at its discretion.
• Winnings from casino games, slots, poker, and specialty games such as Mahjong Ways are credited to your main PKR wallet immediately upon the conclusion of the game round.
• q798 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or market. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, or regulatory requirements may result in temporary unavailability of certain products.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the q798 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to appropriate legal or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to place bets, simulate gameplay, or exploit system behaviour without human interaction.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer product.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain — such incidents must be reported to support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial transaction that is illegal under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
• Using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, or tax evasion.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, self-exclusion orders, or bonus limitations.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any software used to deliver the q798 Platform.
• Publishing, sharing, or otherwise distributing private communications from q798 support staff without prior written consent.

All content on the q798 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall compilation of the Platform — is the property of q798 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, translate, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of q798.

Game content available on q798 — including slots, live casino streams, and specialty games — is licensed from third-party providers. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q798 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit q798's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you into your q798 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

q798 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to q798's Privacy Policy.

q798 does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party marketers. • Evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 07 of these Terms.
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring suspension or closure of the account.
• Account dormancy as described in Section 03 of these Terms.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet released) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of applicable KYC checks.

You may request closure of your q798 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to completion before the account is formally closed.
